Dear holiday guests,
Welcome to our apartment! We want you to feel at home here, relax and enjoy your stay. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need.
The following house rules are intended to serve as an orientation for a harmonious stay.
With careful use of the apartment, you help us to continue to provide you and other guests with a pleasant experience in the future.
Pets
One pet is allowed. Additional pets only by prior arrangement. Please note that intact males are not allowed. Leashes are compulsory on our premises. We ask you to walk your dog outside the grounds.
General rules
Fire and candles For safety reasons, open fires, including candles, are not allowed in this old farmhouse.

Equipment
All objects in the apartment as well as on the balcony or terrace may be used. Please treat them with care.
Heating
We heat with log wood via a central heating system. Please leave the radiators set to level 3. If you are still cold, talk to us – we will find a solution. In addition, there is an energy-saving heating time between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., as most guests are out and about during the day.
Resources
Please use water and electricity sparingly. Doors and windows Always keep the front door closed and close all windows when leaving the apartment to avoid damage caused by the weather or unauthorized entry.
Sports equipment
Please do not bring any sports equipment (e.g. skis, snowboards, cross-country skis, bicycles) into the apartment. Sufficient parking facilities are available for this purpose.
Kitchen
Nobody intentionally damages anything, but it can always happen that something breaks. In such cases, please inform us so that we can repair the damage promptly. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Note: The storage stove in the kitchen is out of order and must not be used.
Cleaning
If you have a mishap (e.g. heavy dirt or spills), we ask that you clean it immediately. When you leave, the holiday apartment should be left swept clean. Please put the used dishes back in the cupboards cleanly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
