Dear holiday guests! Our apartment should be a second home to you. They should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope will find your understanding. By treating the apartment properly, you will also help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future. On the back you will find the WLAN information. General Fire is not allowed in this old farmhouse. We ask you not to use candlesIf you are missing anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in the apartment or on the balcony, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. We heat with log wood on central heating, so please leave the radiators on level 3 and if you are cold, contact us, we will find a solution. We also have savings time from 9.30 -16.00 because most of them are on the road during the day. The resources of water and electricity must be used sparingly. We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from storms. Please do not take any sports equipment (skis, snowboards, cross-country skis, bikes, etc. into the apartment. We have enough space. KitchenNobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage incurred and we would not only determine it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage, in the amount of the replacement costs. Please do not operate the storage stove in the kitchen, it is out of order Cleaning If you have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to rectify it immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment clean on departure and to put all used dishes back into the cupboards. Please remove the bed linen and deposit cloths and dirty laundry in the corridor Please replace the coffee, spices, oils and other food provided.
